Everything is going digital now. More emails are sent out than actual hand-written letters. Ecards have been an alternative to greeting cards since the dot-com boom.
On my last birthday, I received several Greeting Cards in the mail which was rare for me nowadays. Since the last few years, I've been getting text messages and facebook postings instead. I was happy to open the cards and they made me genuinely smile. It was then that I had the idea to develop an eCards site, where it simulates the feel of opening a greeting card.
Hence, KickAssEcards.com was created. The site's goal is to give an alternative to greeting our friends and family, and make them feel that an extra time and care was put onto reaching out to them.
